Phase 1: Analysis with our detective
With our Portfolio Detective, our customers receive an initial decarbonisation plan with an overview of all the energy renovation options, including their feasibility and cost-effectiveness, without the need for time-consuming on-site visits, and with minimal data input.
With our On-site Detective, we offer a precise, detailed on-site assessment of the property's energy-saving and decarbonisation potential as the basis for energy renovation.
- Estimates of current energy and climate performance

Phase 2: Implementation - installation of the energy solutions
Based on phase 1, we implement the specific measures, including construction planning.
The energy-saving and decarbonisation potential is exploited through the planning, installation and operation of photovoltaic systems, renewable heating and cooling systems, and a comprehensive e-mobility charging solution. Depending on their suitability, all or just some of Climatch’s core products are used.
- A comprehensive portfolio analysis of the roof areas to determine the benefits of photovoltaic systems for the buildings in question
- In addition to positioning the solar modules, inverters and cable routing, the planning also includes fall protection and the integration of existing or planned energy consumers (heat pump, electromobility)

- For rented apartment blocks, Climatch takes care of the billing solution
- Comprehensive planning and dimensioning of fossil-free heating or cooling solutions, taking into account the influence of a potential building envelope renovation or photovoltaic system
- Inclusion of the available energy sources on the site (geothermal energy, exhaust air, outside air, groundwater or wastewater)
- Utilising planning synergies with photovoltaics and e-mobility lead to a reduction in investment costs
- Use of innovative and efficient heat pump technologies
- No operating and maintenance tasks for the customer in a contracting arrangement
